warranty and return policy
  • We provide a 30 day return window to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot return parts that have been used or damaged by misuse in any way. Products on promotion (price cut) also do not carry a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
  • All merchandise, except electrical parts, purchased from Volkspares Online Shop, comes with a 3 month warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer's defects and breakage or damage caused as a result of "normal" use.
  • In the event that you wish to return you purchase, it must be returned to Volkspares in Jet Park. It can be dropped off or couriered to the store at your expense.
